2025 Sustainability Report Now Available
What the 2025 Sustainability Report covers for procurement, quality and ESG teams — and how to request materials for due diligence and questionnaires.
DLcarb (the external brand for Henan carbon black–related businesses) has published its 2025 Sustainability Report. The report is written for procurement, quality, EHS and corporate-responsibility teams: it organizes our environmental, social and governance (ESG) priorities, progress to date and next steps in a readable way so customers can use it during supplier due diligence, questionnaire completion and long-term partnership reviews.
Important: the report reflects publicly stated practice themes and management direction. Quantified metrics, third-party assurance scope and year-on-year figures are governed by the full report and by written materials confirmed between the parties. This page helps you understand what the report covers, how to use it and how to request it — it does not replace the formal text.
Audience and how the report is organized
Carbon black is a foundational industrial raw material in tires, plastics, coatings, conductive compounds and batteries. Downstream customers increasingly care about energy efficiency, emissions transparency, labor and safety culture, and how quickly suppliers respond with documentation. The report is therefore structured for decision use:
- Procurement & supply chain — how we collaborate with suppliers, communicate traceability and prepare compliance packs;
- Quality / technical — how environmental and process controls relate to batch stability and change communication;
- EHS / ESG — a narrative frame for environmental, social and governance themes that maps cleanly onto typical questionnaire prompts.
If you care more about products first, start with the Products overview and four product lines; application scenarios are under Solutions.
Environment: energy, emissions control and cleaner production
The environment chapter emphasizes directional clarity rather than unverified number tables. We continue to focus on energy efficiency in key process steps, waste-heat and utilities optimization, stable operation of wastewater and flue-gas treatment, and monitoring/exception response aligned with production rhythm. Carbon black production involves high-temperature reaction and flue-gas treatment; treatment reliability underpins compliant operations and local-impact control.
For customers, the value is a consistent narrative when tenders or annual audits ask whether a supplier has systematic environmental management. Specific limits, monitoring frequency or plant visits should be requested through formal channels; we answer within what we can provide and do not invent certificate numbers or unpublished audit conclusions.
Link to product delivery
Environmental and process management also show up in change control, packaging and logistics notes. For how to read typical specs, see How to Read Common Carbon Black Tests; formal acceptance still follows technical documents and batch COAs.
Social topics and the supply chain
The social chapter covers occupational health and safety culture, training and capability building, community communication, and how we help key suppliers understand baseline environmental and labor expectations. Responsible sourcing shows up as aligned document lists, risk-tiered communication and priority follow-up on high-impact steps.
If you have a supplier code of conduct or human-rights due-diligence questionnaire, please attach the question list and preferred reply format when you request the report so we can prepare materials in one pass.
Governance, compliance packs and customer questionnaires
Governance describes role clarity, compliance communication habits and disclosure boundaries. Many customers request SDS, specifications, quality-system notes and a sustainability summary together. We recommend splitting “product technical files” and “ESG / due-diligence files” into two parallel workstreams so priorities stay clear.
For public compliance wording, see About · Certifications; certificate details follow company public materials and mutual confirmation.
How to request the report and start a conversation
- Use Contact us or WhatsApp and note “Request 2025 Sustainability Report”;
- If you also need SDS, samples or specs, state end use, host system and preferred timeline;
- For ESG questionnaires, attach the file or link and the submission deadline.
The report is a starting point, not an end point. If you are evaluating conductive, high-purity, specialty or pigment lines, open the matching category page first, then discuss application goals with us. Please contact us anytime; formal metrics and public disclosures follow mutually confirmed documents.
